Keystone Progress is a progressive organization that is dedicated to reaching out and educating the Pennsylvania public about pressing national issues that pertain to them. KP covers from gun violence to unemployment and has worked with issues such as tax reform, LGBTQ rights, and Medicaid, among others. This organization has done a majority of its work online during the past couple of years but they are looking to expanding on their face-to-face community outreach and impact. For this reason, Keystone Progress is looking for students who are interested in helping manage and direct the downtown office and are willing to engage with the Lewisburg community to promote progressiveness by gaining local support and campaigning on currently important issues.
Are you interested in getting involved with Keystone Progress?
If so, contact the Bucknell Office of Civic Engagement’s work study representative Jose Figueroa (firstname.lastname@example.org ) to receive more information about the position and to double check financial aid eligibility for work study.
